Frequently asked questions
Know what to expect.
Practical answers about camera access, coverage, incident handling and getting started.
Will this work with our existing cameras?
We assess remote access, image quality, permissions, connectivity and the monitoring workflow before confirming compatibility. A camera brand alone does not establish suitability.
What happens when you see an incident?
Operators verify the activity and follow your agreed escalation plan. Contacts, communication channels and any supported voice deterrence are defined before monitoring begins.
Do we have to commit to 24/7 coverage?
No. Your plan can focus on nights, weekends, scheduled hours or a defined event workflow. We scope the coverage around your site and requirements.
Can we test the service first?
Ask about a defined trial. Eligibility, duration, coverage, pricing and success criteria are agreed in writing before it starts.
Is Monitexa an on-site guard or emergency service?
Remote monitoring supports awareness, verification and communication. Any on-site response, emergency escalation and supported audio workflow must be agreed for your location and scope.
Can you support multiple properties?
Yes, multi-site monitoring can be scoped with consistent reporting and separate camera maps, schedules, event rules and contacts for each property.
Can you review recorded footage?
Playback review can be scoped around a specific camera, date, time window or operational question. Access, evidence handling and the review scope are agreed first.
